FRESH Functional Strength for
High School-Aged Athletes
February 2026
4 Weeks, 8 Sessions
Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30-6:30 pm
$225
This February, we are excited to offer a fun, functional strength training class for high school–aged athletes! This four-week program includes two training sessions per week, for a total of eight sessions. Each session will focus on injury prevention and dynamic strength work, including light weights, balance, power, and agility. This is a great opportunity for athletes to boost their functional movement, confidence, and long-term resilience for their sports, while having fun moving and learning together!
Sessions are one hour long and always begin with a full dynamic warm-up and end with a proper cool-down. This program is geared toward athletes with beginner to intermediate training experience. This class is intentionally designed for athletes of all sports. From the field to the court to the trail to individual athletics, the focus on fundamental movement patterns will improve performance in any sport. Athletes will also come away with a better understanding of why this type of movement matters and how they can continue to work on it at home. Come join us for some FRESH fun!
