FRESH RUNNING SERIES

Level One of the program includes six 20-minute, well-rounded workout videos that include a dynamic warm up, hip and core foundation work, a strength circuit, and a tabata to finish. Just press play and follow along with Becca and Matt as they take you through these bodyweight workouts that will leave you feeling stronger and ready to run.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

  • Continue with your normal running routine.

  • Do each week’s workout 2-3x during the week.

  • After a week, move on to the next video and complete it 2-3x and so on.

  • Repeat the series as many times as you want! (More levels to come!)
